An Open Heart: Practicing Compassion in Everyday Life - Dalai Lama XIV

I found a lot of the teachings too general to be practical in every day life, and many of the suggestions were the same regurgitated bits of advice we hear every day. I wish there were more Buddhist doctrine, like citations of the Heart Sutra and his interpretation of it for a Western lifestyle. That would have been infinitely more useful and interesting.
