I read all kinds of books (one of my friends jokes that I will read anything that holds still long enough), but sci fi/fantasy is my favorite. I also love books on anthropology and archaeology and other sciences.
This was a really fast-paced textbook. It seemed to gloss over a lot of things while going into a great deal of detail in others.
The book had a lot of great information, and I loved the chapters on primates and early modern humans, but a lot of it was hard to digest at times.
