We Two: Victoria and Albert: Rulers, Partners, Rivals - Gillian Gill The writer of this biography appears to be quite knowledgeable on the subject of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, yet writes a very readable biography. It was interesting and engaging and while it dragged in places, it still presented an interesting view of two extraordinary human beings in a way that didn't just let them bask in awe, but rather depicted them as complex people with genuine worries and weaknesses, something a lot of biographies fail to do.
